Earlier on, users faced issues with varying audio formats on the website, especially with the real player format. Now, all audio files of lectures are available in the industry standard- MP3 format, which is the latest and the most widely accepted high quality audio file format. You can now download audios faster, play them across any platform and share them with others.

You can even assign a priority (low, normal or high) based on how urgently you need an answer. Track your ticket by using the Ticket Status feature. We hope to help you more effectively and efficiently through the Help Desk.
