        Description: A class in English and Urdu for girls, teaching several subjects

 2.   Programs on Special Occasions

Throughout the year, certain dates and seasons arrive about which Muslims need further guidance and knowledge. Al-Huda strives to fill this gap by conducting the following programs:

 

  • Islamic Months - Special lectures are delivered on different topics related to Islamic months in Muharram-ul-Haram, Safar, Rabi-ul-Awwal, Rajab, Shaban, and Zulhaj

  • Holy Ramadan - In Ramadan a program of translation and brief explanation of the Quran, called Fahm-ul-Quran is conducted to invite people to the Quran

  • Hajj and Umrah A special training program is conducted for pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah

  • Islamic Festivals Guidance on how to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha according to Sunnah is provided through lectures

  • Seasonal Festivals - For religious guidance, informative audio lectures are arranged on occasions like Basant, Valentine’s Day, April Fool’s Day and New Year’s (pamphlets are also distributed)

  • Happy Occasions / Death - Information, training, and guidance is provided according to occasions such as weddings, births, and deaths.

3.  Lectures at Educational Institutes  

‘Lectures at Educational Institutes’ is a program that has been designed to develop an interest in Islam amongst the youth studying in schools, colleges, and universities. Alumni of Al-Huda periodically visit these institutions for delivering talks on Islam.
